Fishing Adventurer with Cyril Chauquet- Tigerfish, Giant Trevally, Dogtooth Tuna in Tanzania

Cyril has come to East Africa and the country of Safaris for a special type of Safari: He is in Tanzania to catch big Giant Trevally and nasty looking toothy Tigerfish. Cyril starts his adventure in the biggest city of the country where he meets with Jason and Maddy, two locals who literally live to fish. Jason is know for being one of the best saltwater fisherman in the country and he will sure prove it to Cyril when he puts him right on the action and they start pulling massive 70 pound Giant Trevallies out of the Indian Ocean. After an impressive catching session fighting big GTs and dogtooth tuna, Cyril wants to go for a popper fishing session from the shore of a nearby coral island. Swimming to shore from the boat, Cyril finds himself surrounded by hundreds of birds but he will soon be glad he is using 130 pound leader to pull big fish out of the coral…

Back on the continent, Cyril has a 15 hour drive in a jeep to get to the remote Kilombero valley, known for having rivers loaded with certainly one of Africa’s strongest and most acrobatic fresh water fish, the tiger fish. Cyril’s reel is screaming as he gets into some explosive fishing action…
