Fishing Adventurer with Cyril Chauquet- SHARK, SNOOK, TUNA AND BONEFISH IN BELIZE

Cyril has come to the Ex-British colony of Belize, central America, to experience the rich and diverse fishing opportunities that this little country can offer. He starts his journey in the capital, Belize City, where he quickly finds his way to the fish market. There, he meets with Rasta-man Michael feeding some fish scraps to the catfish in the river.Cyril borrows a hook and line and starts catching Catfish and then meets another friendly local, Alfredo, who invites Cyril on a snook fishing trip the next day. After a questionable cup of coffee, Alfredo and Cyril hit the water. Cyril’s lures seem to work really well on Belizian snook as he keeps catching good size fish! Then Cyril flies to the very south of Belize, to the town of Punta Gorda, known for its awesome fishing for permit. Due to some heavy rains, the flats aren’t as productive as local guide Scully would have liked them to be…But not to worry, there is a back up plan involving stubborn fighting jacks and reel smoking tuna. Finally, Cyril travels back north to Ambergris Key, known for it’s stunning bonefish populations! He rents himself a golf cart in San Pedro, packs up his inflatable boat and rods and hits the gas to fishing for bonefish. Bonefish are great fish to catch but Cyril never has enough, and now, he wants to catch a big fish from his small inflatable boat. Watch Cyril getting pulled around by a shark!
